You need to pay for the "electricity" of the charging station through VERSE to recharge Joysticks.
Charging Stations have 2 Parameters:
Efficiency: EP Modifying the Electricity Cost in VERSE (set by the DAO)
Durability: DP How many Joystick Charges they can complete before the Charging Station breaks
