DAO & Governance

We didn't take the Governance of the platform as a joke, we really thought about it in depth and how could we find a structure that would enable to have a Fully Functional and Efficient DAO at Scale.

The core idea here is to divide between 3 Layers, with inspiration from the Viable System Model by Stafford Beer, the father of Cybernetics.

It consists of: - A Constitutional Layer composed of Users that use an NFT to democratically set global parameters and to have a majority veto on any decision (Constitutional Layer decides what can't be done) - An Intelligence Layer made up of subDAOs elected by the Users that proposes spending as a Group of DAOs to develop the platform to reach the end vision of an open metaverse, also with external DAOs that can be plugged in (Intelligence Layer decides what should be done) - An Operations Layer made up of Individual Working Teams that is Co-Ordinated by a Common HR Layer and that is in direct contact with Users and has a mission to satisfy the users of the platform (Operations Layer decides what is being done and does that)

This is how the voting works at scale with subDAOs.

The Archetype is that Central Customer Service DAOs are supported by Peripheral Working DAOs that are elected to: - Openly Research - Openly Build - Maintain Public Goods Applications Owned by their Users.
