Cartridges have a bunch of parameters that are dependent on user's Passport Tier that determine the benefits that come by playing in synergy with Joysticks .
Luck Points determining the rate of improved drops in general rewarding activities (such as opening a Chest or completing a Quest)
Experience Level determining the skill level of players based on the time spent playing with a certain cartridge, this level is also used to qualify for rarer rewards the higher the level
